Nia cardio classes are led by a Nia teacher. Nia is a unique way to workout. Nia is like a Zumba class in that it is fun and we dance and exercise to music, yet, Nia allows for a connection as one might find in a yoga class. In Nia there is both variety in music and movements. Martial Arts, Dance Arts, and Healing Arts contribute elements and moves.
Nia was designed to be practiced in bare feet, however, shoes are acceptable.*
You might want to bring a towel, a mat, and water.
