Nia on Saturday is no longer being held.

The studio where the Saturday Nia class was held has discontinued their group exercise program so there will be no group exercise classes. However . . . .

Since November 2010 we have had Nia at Core Fitness (when it was in Los Gatos).
The studio is has decided to discontinue its group exercise program at this time.

Monday and Wednesday classes in Willow Glen are still in full swing in Willow Glen.

Plus I have a regular Tuesday morning class, a Tuesday evening class, and a Thursday evening class.  Click here for information regarding times and locations! 

I am also a substitute instructor for the City of San Jose. In addition to my regular schedule (M/T/W/Th) there might be another opportunity for you to do Nia, check out my sub schedule. I am never certain when a teacher might need a substitute so the schedule changes often.
