San Jose Nia Classes (by Terre Pruitt) are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 am.

These are on-going classes. They are held EVERY Monday and EVERY Wednesday.

You can attend a class anytime, there is no specific start date or time. Classes are for all levels of fitness and no experience is necessary.

San Jose Nia Classes are in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. The class is from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

A multi-class pass can be purchased for the Monday and Wednesday Nia classes. The more you buy the more you save. Buy as many classes at a discount as you can attend in 45 days.

If you are a New Student to Terre's Nia Classes (in Willow Glen) you may purchase a 3 class pass for $20.00. This pass must be used within two weeks. It is good for the WILLOW GLEN CLASS!

You may purchase one of the following passes valid for 45 days including date of purchase:

6 classes for $54.00
3 classes for $30.00

Drop in rate for M/W class is $12.00 per class

New Students: 3 class pass for $20.00 Valid for two weeks after purchase

The fees stated here are good for Monday and Wednesday classes in Willow Glen. All passes are non-transferable.

Cash and checks are accepted. Checks to be made payable to Help You Well.

Parking behind the building and there is an entrance from the parking lot.

I am also a substitute instructor for the City of San Jose. In addition to my regular schedule (M/T/W/Th) there might be another opportunity for you to do Nia, check out my sub schedule. I am never certain when a teacher might need a substitute so the schedule changes often.
