Nia was coming to Campbell!
The new Nia Class we begin on March 5, 2012 and will be held at 6 pm every Monday.
 
I held a free taste of Nia class on
Monday, February 20,
as a way to introduce my new Evening Nia class that will begin Monday, March 5, 2012!
 
I briefly introduced Nia; I explained a little bit about it.  Then since the best way to really learn about Nia is to participate so we did a shortened (by one song or two) Nia routine.

Regular classes will be held every
Monday, 6 pm to 7 pm

The "Taste" was held at the new class location:

440 Marathon Drive, Campbell, CA

from 6 pm to 7 pm
