Nia is for everyBODY. (Pronounced Nee-UH) It was created by Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas in the early 1980's to allow the body to move as the body was designed.
In addition to being certified to lead a Nia (the cardio dance exercise classes), I am qualified to lead the Nia 5 Stages. Both forms of Nia can be done in a class setting or one-on-one. Let me know what interests you!
