What do you do for movement and exercise in your life?

If you like your exercise to be dance exercise where you get a cardio workout, come do Nia. You can join us from anywhere where you can Zoom! If you want to know more about Nia please visit "What is Nia?" or the other pages on this site.

Nia is for everyBODY. (Pronounced Nee-UH) It was created by Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas in the early 1980's to allow the body to move as the body was designed.

In addition to being certified to lead a Nia (the cardio dance exercise classes), I am qualified to lead the Nia 5 Stages. Both forms of Nia can be done in a class setting or one-on-one. Let me know what interests you!

What inspires you to move? How can we work together to get you moving or to keep you moving? Movement is a key to healthy living and a high quality of life.

Would you like to do yoga. With so many poses, a yoga practice can be tailored to fit your goals.

If you think you need more flexibility in your life you can easily join the stretch class.
