San Jose Nia Classes are at the Camden Community Center on Union. There are THREE regularly scheduled opportunities for us to do Nia together!

So in addition to regularly scheduled classes, I also act as a substitute fitness instructor for the City of San Jose and the YMCA. I often sub other dance exercise classes/and other classes WITH NIA, but sometimes I do sub yoga for yoga, so, please be sure to look at the "City of San Jose - Nia" link (under "Nia Class Schedule") to see where I will be subbing and when. Nia is for everyBODY. (Pronounced Nee-UH) It was created by Debbie
Rosas and Carlos Rosas in the early 1980's to allow the body to move as the body was designed.
In addition to being certified to lead a Nia (the cardio dance exercise classes), I am qualified to lead the Nia 5 Stages. Both forms of Nia can be done in a class setting or one-on-one. Let me
