San Jose Nia Classes are in Willow Glen, in Cambrian on Union, on Santa Clara Street, and in the Seven Trees area, right off of Capitol. There are FIVE regularly scheduled opportunities for us to do Nia together!
Since I am a Group Ex instructor, I act as a substitute fitness instructor for the City of San Jose, so I often sub other dance exercise classes/and other classes WITH NIA, so be sure to look at the "City of San Jose - Nia" link (on the left) to see where I will be subbing and when. Nia is for everyBODY. (Pronounced Nee-UH) It was created by Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas in the early 1980's to allow the body to move as the body was designed.
In addition to being certified to lead a Nia (Cardio) Movement Class, I am qualified to lead the Nia 5 Stages. Both forms of Nia can be done in a class setting or one-on-one. Let me know what interests you!
